Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and expanding our business in the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector across South Goa and North Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the Horeca industry (hotels, restaurants, caterers) across South Goa and North Goa.
  • Business Growth: Promote company products/services to existing and new clients, aiming to increase sales and market share.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Negotiation: Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure contracts are executed efficiently.
  • Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market activities, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in the Horeca industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about building relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the South Goa and North Goa market and client base is preferred.
