Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong background in the seafood industry to lead and oversee our operations in Sancoale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of production and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the seafood production,
- processing, and distribution to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to meet company goals and enhance profitability.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all seafood products meet industry and regulatory standards for safety and quality.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Industry Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in the seafood industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex situations and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with seafood processing techniques and industry standards is a plus.
