Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Executive to support our HR department in managing the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee welfare, and performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company culture.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Payroll Assistance: Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, deductions, and other benefits.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, such as events, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Assist with audits and legal documentation as needed.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisal processes, tracking employee goals, and ensuring timely evaluations.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide support, and assist in resolving any HR-related issues.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with any HR-related projects or tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-2 years in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HR management software (optional).
