Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Sancoale. The ideal candidate will have experience managing office staff, maintaining office systems, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
    Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
    Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks for the team.

Staff Management:

  • Supervise and guide office staff, including assigning tasks and providing support as needed.
    Handle employee scheduling, attendance, and leave management.
    Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Administration:

  • Manage office budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, processing payments, and expense tracking.

Communication:

  • Serve as the point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors.
    Handle communication between departments and ensure smooth flow of information.

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation (both physical and digital).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for document handling and confidentiality.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize company events, meetings, and employee activities as needed.
    Coordinate logistics for conferences, workshops, and other company gatherings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in a managerial role, preferably with experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage staff effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle administrative challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
