Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage sales operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
