Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Sancoale. The ideal candidate will have experience in the HORECA sector, with a proven track record of driving sales, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. This role is crucial to expanding our market share and enhancing our presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and maximize revenue in the HORECA sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with hotel, restaurant, and catering clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and develop new business opportunities, attend industry events, and actively network to expand the client base.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets while preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry changes and identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to help them meet targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and ensure the team is well-equipped with knowledge to pitch effectively to clients.
  • Negotiations & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution: Gather customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in sales, specifically in the HORECA industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team towards achieving company goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales Acumen: Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and the HORECA industry dynamics.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
