About the Role
We are hiring Service Advisors for reputed automobile dealerships across Goa. This is a technical role that requires working closely with the service team to manage vehicle servicing, job card preparation, coordination with technicians, and ensuring smooth workshop operations. Both freshers with technical education and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming vehicles and prepare detailed job cards with service/repair requirements.
Coordinate with technicians to allocate work and monitor service progress.
Provide technical support to ensure accurate diagnosis and high-quality repairs.
Verify completed jobs for quality and compliance with manufacturer standards.
Maintain service records, warranty claims, and reports in the system.
Assist the service manager in daily workflow planning and productivity reporting.
Ensure workshop processes, safety, and operational efficiency are maintained.

Requirements

For Experienced Candidates:

2+ years of relevant experience as Service Advisor/Service Coordinator in a 4-wheeler dealership or workshop.
Ability to handle technical inspections, job card preparation, and workshop coordination independently.
Familiarity with CRM/service software and manufacturer service protocols.
